Viva raw cat food has been a wonderful switch for my furry baby. The cat meals are finely ground and dense compared to are old food. We found that feeding Viva has slowed down how quickly my cat eats, instead of gobbling the food down in 2.5 seconds he eats slower and stays full longer and seems much more content after a viva meal. We like that there are so many choices keeping meal time interesting. I like the portion size of each meal package and, I am glad we tried Viva.

I used many different types and I have to say Viva Raw is by far the very best. They are very generous with the amount as well worth the price.. also the quality is excellent!

It was a long and though out decision to switch my cat's food, again, as they are extremely picky with anything new. However I'm happy to report that they absolutely love it! We ordered rabbit, chicken, and duck. So far they annihilated the rabbit.

We have fed our kittens Smalls diet since we got them and I was curious to try feeding raw because of all of the potential benefits. They are leery of the duck, but we are working on it. They devour the chicken. We didn't even have to transition the chicken. The order arrived just cold enough to keep. This needs to be packed significantly better for summer month shipping.

My 3 year old cat pocket is super picky and this is one of the brands that he loves to eat. I highly recommend Viva

My 15 year old Bentley is the pickiest dog in the world and I have gifted so much food to neighbors over the past years. I started cooking for him but it was so time consuming that I was missing out on weekends with my granddaughters. VIVA is the exact ingredient I used and I was so delighted when I stumbled upon it.

I have had my ragdoll 7 months, tried many different can foods of higher quality. Could not get my cat Daisy to have a normal bowel movement. It was consistently very loose. 3 days on Viva raw, and at last solid firm bowel movement. Wow! Not to mention she transitioned well, and loves it! Thank you Viva!! We are both happy campers.

We were struggling with our food when I noticed a friend giving her car Viva, and it looked good, like the kind of food my Kito would like. She had started rejecting another similar brand, tried another even higher end one and that was totally rejected, but Viva looked really good and we were desperate so I ordered a sample box. Before we even finished that box, my 10 year old was jetting around like I hadn’t seen her move in a long time—her energy is fantastic! She was down to 1-2 bowel movements a week and now she goes almost every day.

Viva has been sooo good for us and I’m very very grateful. Our favorites are Rabbit, Duck and Pork. Solid no on Beef, reluctance on Chicken. I just placed a new order a one thing didn’t come, but Viva seems like a solid company and they’ll take care of it well. So far both orders have been delivered still frozen, which I cannot say about the other companies we bought from.

Weeza Mae is ecstatic now that she is eating Viva raw food...she talks to me in the morning til she gets her Viva....she runs to her eating space as I bring it to her...she is most affectionate now that Viva is her food...A world of difference in her because of Viva raw food...oh yes I am going to mix up the servings i.e. chicken, turkey, rabbit and duck...

What I appreciate most is the ingredient transparency. The food looks and smells fresh, and I like knowing exactly what’s in it without fillers or unnecessary additives. The portions are easy to thaw and serve, and customer service has been helpful whenever I had questions about transitioning to raw feeding.

My cats used to be on a raw food diet for a few years but I had to take them off the diet because my family and I had financial struggles. Since my cat is extremely allergic to chicken finding food he can eat that isn’t filled with extras you can’t pronounce, Viva only uses things you can pronounce. I’ve seen a change in how he acts, his fur is much softer and his overall wellbeing is much better since using Viva. On top of that my cat seems to love this food compared to other raw diets I’ve tried. He’s not young anymore and I feel like he’s getting everything he needs to improve his health and longevity. Would highly recommend to someone who’s looking for a complete raw diet.

When I was a kid, my parents aways fed our cats raw meat and fish. Of course they could get cheaper cuts then or fed them fish they caught. I tried to do the same but over the years, it became too expensive. So I had to resort to canned food which actually gave my Calico allergies. I have broken down the price of between decent canned food and Viva and Viva came out cheaper. That included tax and shipping. I'm feeding five cats, so I am relieved at the savings and the health benefits of the ingredients Viva adds in. Best way to aviod vet bill (and human doctor bills) starts with the diet.

We have struggled for years with our cat having GI issues and going outside of the litter box. He has been on the Turkey for 2 weeks and we have a happy cat! He has used the litter box consistently and stools are normal. He seems much more affectionate now that his tummy feels good!

And turns up his nose at all other foods. Mind you, he will eat anything when hungry enough, but has strong opinions about his food intake and his most favorite food choices are from Viva Raw

My cats are big fans of Viva Raw! My one cat, Archie, was recently turning his nose up to wet food out of the blue. Only ate kibble. I struggled for a while, topping it with bone broth, fish, organs, quail eggs - you name it, he still wasn't impressed. Got the Viva Raw sampler, and I'm happy to report that Archie eagerly devours it! My tubby boy, Percy, also loves it (but no surprise there, he eats anything lol). I still supplement their diet with Orijen kibble since they're both used to grazing, but I've been able to decrease their amount. The only downside to feeding raw is that you cannot leave it out - they either eat all of it or it has to go back in the fridge, so can be a little tricky. But I'm so happy to have this option. I truly think cats need at least some raw food in their diet, and Viva Raw provides an amazing product. Their thaw container is terrible though. The lid doesn't snap and it's super flimsy.

I’ve been aware of the raw food diet for cats for many years, but it never felt attainable. For a long while, it was labor-intensive, with little-to-no pre-made options available so prep had to be done in your own. Then when it was “trending,” the pre-made options were so pricey that only elite cats/cat parents could afford it. Viva has proven to be the perfect balance of nutrient dense raw food at a price that is attainable- a month’s worth for our cats is right around the same price as the middle/high grade canned food our cats used to get. I love that they are single protein so that I can avoid chicken- so hard to avoid it in most cat food; my cats do better without it.
The packaging is convenient and I’ve gotten into a good rhythm of when to start thawing each block. We go through one 8oz block in 48 hours with our two cats, and start thawing another right in between those 24 hours. My cats had no issues switching from their canned food and eat this no problem.
I have one cat who tends to throw up and I haven’t been able to pinpoint the root cause. I am hopeful after a month or two of strictly raw food that her digestive system will be better for it. I am certain she is eating the most optimal cat food diet for the first time in her life, I am so happy to have found Viva!

I have been thoroughly surprised by the quality of ingredients, operation of the small company, customer service, etc. So glad I went with Viva Raw and hope things stay the same for them (unlike most good dog food brands)

Where do I start?? In less than 2 weeks we see a change in coat quality, energy and meal satisfaction! I found out I under ordered because I didn't know how fast they'd acclimate to the new food. Great stuff!!!
