Order Changes & Cancellations: If any order changes or cancellations are requested after an order is charged, we will make our best effort to do so but we cannot guarantee that any updates will be honored. Our warehouse processes orders quickly so we are not able to make any changes if your order is already packed. Â
Clean Bowl Guarantee: At our discretion, customers are eligible for a refund, store credit, or partial credit on their first 10 lb sampler order if they are unsatisfied with their purchase. Customer must reach out within 30 days of order delivery. We reserve the right to ask for product photos or returns in order to process any refunds or credits.
