My puppy LOVES Viva raw. I LOVE what it does for her! When we brought her home, her coat was dry, and brittle. Her skin was dry and flaky. She was in rough shape. We noticed a difference in her coat RIGHT AWAY!! Now after being on it for almost two weeks, her coat FEELS LIKE VELVET!!! Her fur is SOOO shiny and soft! Her energy level is off the charts now! We FINALLY KNOW we are doing good by our dog with Viva!
I have 4 dogs of all different ages. All of them love this stuff!!!! I noticed their fur is silky and all of them are more energetic. This is my first time doing a raw diet and I’m so glad I chose this company. Shipping and every step was amazing.
My cats are so happy I switched them to Viva Raw. One of my kitties is a very picky eater and he was a little hesitant at first, but after a couple of days he decided he absolutely loves it and is so excited every meal.
One thing I didn’t expect is that they use the catbox a bit less than before and they never seem to have any digestive issues since switching to Viva Raw. Their catbox has a much milder odor; I did not expect it but I cannot complain! It’s a win-win for everyone.

Viva Raw food has been very helpful for our little trio. Though they were perfectly healthy, nothing we fed them seemed to jive with their digestion til we switched to Viva. Now, cleaning the litter box is much easier! Smaller, firmer poops!
Also, the packaging is very good. All still frozen on arrival on dry ice. And, customer service had been very responsive when we’ve had questions, being new to feeding raw.

I first started Cleo on the rabbit and she absolutely loved it. Although I can say I think turkey is her favorite. I trust this brand with my pets life. They are so professional and meet when it comes to packing the product. The packaging is just amazing the quality of the food is top-tier. I can honestly say my cat has truly been happier now that we’ve switched to viva raw food ❤️
My cats actually cry for this food and beg at feeding time. So happy to be feeding something better and healthier.
We have always fed our cats raw food, but we started with a different company. It was fine for many years, but recently the quality of the food didn’t seem as good and our cats weren’t really wanting to eat it. A few times, we even had to toss it because it smelled horrible. We finally had enough and decided it was time to switch. For a while, we tried a store brand of fresh, cooked chicken, but one of my cats reacted to it and we think was allergic to something in it.
We knew we wanted to go back to raw so I researched a bit and found Viva. We ordered the 10 lb sampler to see if our cats liked it and did ok. I really liked that there were more choices of different kinds of meat. We suspected our one cat is allergic to chicken so we only got one pack of that to test it. We got the turkey, duck, chicken and rabbit and tried the turkey first. The cats SNARFED it! We switched to the chicken after that and I still think our one cat is allergic, but they both loved the other flavors! In our next order, we decided to avoid chicken so we stuck with turkey, duck, rabbit and tried the pork. Boy, did they LOVE the pork! Guess I’ll have to order more of that next time.
We have been very impressed with the ease of ordering (and changing the order as needed) and customer service. Delivery was smooth, the packaging was great and recyclable, which is important to me, and the packs are easy to store in our fridge. We like the container provided for the food and our cats are digging their new food. Happy cats=happy cat butlers! Thank you Viva Raw!
Kitty devoured his first serving of Viva Hamburger. He was all in without hesitation. I was relieved at the ease of acceptance to a new food. Kitty and I are happy that the new food is purr-fect!
One of my cats struggles with IBD so my vet suggested untraditional proteins and limited ingredients. I tried canned food and he was still throwing up. My cats have been eating Viva for about a week and I haven’t had any incidents! Plus Viva is the only raw food brand that has both duck and rabbit for cats!
My kitten loves viva raw meat. I bought her a variety of meat types and she loves them all with no stomach issues
I am so happy that my kitty loves this food and the stray that I feed loves it also. It’s just perfect. Their favorite flavors are a little different but it’s awesome food and it’s easy to use. I would just warn people not to let it sit out at room temperature for very long because it is raw, after all.
My only complaint is that my cat always wants more. She used to have a problem throwing up her meals but I have not had that problem since I switched ti Viva. Thank you for making such a great food I feel good giving my cat.
Packaging is top notch, easy open packaging with arthritic hands. I get “ chunked” for my 4 year old golden retriever. Ingredients are easily identifiable and fresh. Great product!!
Viva has done a great job making this process feel less overwhelming. We have always heard the benefits of raw diet feeding but didnt have the courage to convert with the immense amount of companies around. So far our pup has enjoyed the options we’ve given and ordering seems to be user friendly 😉.
I’ve been feeding raw for 10+ years, but my dogs have developed allergies and the ranch I used to order from doesn’t reliably have rabbit, duck, or even turkey.
While pricey, I love that they have single protein options balanced with bone and organ, and then add perfect amounts of organic veggies and natural supplements - greatly reducing the number that I have to add separately. It’s so much easier to feed now.
The only potential issue is I suspect my dogs may react to flaxseed - if so, I may have to look elsewhere, but really hope I don’t. Would love the option to customize (like leave out flax or another ingredient if necessary), but otherwise no complaints.
Customer service has also been wonderful.
My cat was getting hairballs and throwing up chicken, I tried the rabbit and within 24 hours she was normal! No more hairballs and alot more energy❤️

I waited 3 months to right a review so I can give my honest feedback with shipping, cost of food, and most of all how my cats would adjust to the food. Well they love it! The suggested amount giving to them 3 oz per day. I noticed that they wanted more. I figured it was just that good to them, but I noticed that they were actually needing more food. (One of my cat was losing weight) So I decided to give them more throughout the day. Well that works for them! I ended up having to adjust my monthly subscription which the price difference wasn't to bad. I will continue to order from Viva. As far as shipping, if it was sent out on Monday I did receieve my shippment the next day. The food was well packaged and still frozen. I am glad this worked out for us.
Company is great. They aren't the problem. My cats refuse to eat this food. Tried e erything they said to try. Apparently my cats prefer starving than eat this food. Have no idea why.
